WHO RUNS THE COURSE

The fitting course is run by Lindsey Brown, who is one of a handful of people worldwide to have a Masters Research Degree in Bra Design and Manufacture. MA Contour Design and Manufacture ~ Distinction.

Lindsey Brown has over fifteen years experience in the Lingerie industry, including Retail, Design, Manufacture, Research, Consultancy, Lecturing and Training.

WHAT WILL I LEARN

The aim of the bra fitting course is to teach participants to fit bras by eye, without a tape measure, and provide essential lingerie product knowledge.

BENEFITS TO OUR APPROACH

The body is elastic, whereas a tape measure is static. A tape measure cannot measure volume, so it is essential that anyone advising women on wearing the correct fitting bra learns how to assess and fit without a tape measure. Lindsey Brown

In addition, the Technical Product Knowledge covered on the course saves time and energy later on in the buying process.

WHO THE COURSE IS FOR

The One Day Bra Fitting Course is suitable for everyone involved in the lingerie market, from buyers to designers, established businesses who would like to enhance their knowledge and newcomers to the industry. As Bra Fitting is a female profession, the course is only suitable for women to attend as per our fitting model's request.

CERTIFICATION

All attendees who have shown an understanding of the various aspects of the Bra Fitting process and have successfully fitted the models will receive a certificate in Bra Fitting.

WHERE IS THE COURSE

Both the Bra Fitting Course and Lingerie Retail Course are held at the Mya Blue Head Office in Leicestershire, which is easily accessible from London, all over the UK and Europe. For directions please see our Bra Course Location page.

WHAT IS THE COST The Course is £270 inc vat which includes lunch and all refreshments throughout the day.

Our Bra Fitting Training is suitable for worldwide lingerie boutiques wanting Bra Fitting Courses in America and Bra Fitting Courses in Canada.

The Bra Fitting Course provides Bra Fitting Training. Having completed the One Day Bra Fitting Course, all attendees leave with the confidence to correctly assess Bra sizes. A Bra Fitting Certificate is awarded.
